Feng Chia University’s Public Policy Research Center was formally established in
August of 2006 under the College of Humanities and Social Sciences to promote
public policy research and applications, and to recommend new public policies,
public administration measures and global administration practices. A team of
dedicated experts from Feng Chia University and other institutions and
institutes form interdisciplinary research teams and the core of the center’s
research capabilities. The center’s efforts complement the educational needs and
directions of Feng Chia University’s Graduate Institute of Public Policy, and
the center is responsible for carrying out research projects commissioned by
private and public agencies, providing extension courses to cultivate public
policy talent, organizing academic conferences and symposia and collaborating
with foreign and domestic experts and scholars to publish monographs and other
